BridgePoint Associates is Hiring a Finance Manager Near Washington, DC
- Manage financial reporting & analysis, budgets, awards management, and compliance for a portfolio of grants
- Collaborate extensively with colleagues in-country on various grant matters
- Develop donor and budget reports
- Ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Manage grant awards, including donor agreements
- Oversee compliance and apply donor rules and regulations
- Provide mentorship to sub-award grantees on financial management and compliance
- Travel internationally, as needed
- Approximately 3-5 years relevant finance, grants, and contracts experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree a plus
- Strong Excel experience, plus experience with financial management tools
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Bilingual French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus, Spanish is preferred
- Ability to explain complex financial topics to various audiences, including non-English speakers and non-finance staff
- Experience with USAID or other large US government funders
- Ability to travel internationally, as needed
